Space Lounge

The Space Lounge, located at 2433 North Holton Street, also known as the Star Trek Lounge, was owned by longtime Milwaukee jazz club owner Stanley Hood. It featured jazz most nights of the week from 1972 until 1985, when its tavern license was denied. Many local musicians performed there, including organists John Elam and Vernon Yancy, with the latter also managing the club.
