Christopher’s Jazz Club

Christopher’s Jazz Club, located at 1101 North Doctor Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, was a 3,500-square-foot upscale venue that opened in August 1996. It featured a roster of local and national musicians, including Terence Blanchard, Frank Morgan, Sonny Fortune, Cindy Blackman, David Sánchez, Christian McBride, Buddy Montgomery, and Chris Potter. After only ten months in operation, the ownership filed for bankruptcy.
