ERIN LURAE DAVIS

As managing director for MJI, Erin oversees the program and event logistics, financials, website, marketing and communications, and fundraising efforts for the organization.

Her decade-plus of experience in event and non-profit association management brings the ability to wear many hats for MJI.

Erin met her husband, Mark Davis, in August of 2011 while managing the outdoor concert series Jazz at Five in Madison, WI. Mark and Erin were married ten years later, in August of 2021, in Door County, WI.

Together in 2019, they founded the Milwaukee Jazz Institute and work side-by-side to build and grow the organization and expand its reach.
