DAVE BAYLES

Dave Bayles is a drummer and educator who has performed with Bruce Barth, Peter Bernstein, Rick Germanson, Benny Golson, Slide Hampton, Brian Lynch, Jack McDuff, Charles McPherson, Melvin Rhyne, John Swana, and Phil Woods. He has recorded with the Luis Diaz Quintet, We Six, and Steve Wiest, and has made many jazz education recordings for Hal Leonard Corporation. He has appeared at numerous jazz clubs and festivals including the Chicago Jazz Festival, Smalls (NYC), Django (NYC), Twins (Washington DC), and Chris’ Jazz Café (Philadelphia). Dave is on the faculty of UW- Milwaukee, UW- Parkside, and the Milwaukee Jazz Institute.
